Membership & Criteria
Membership shall be open to any organization involved in the medical device industry (with the exception of Honorary Membership), in the form of sole-proprietor, partnership, locally incorporated companies or corporation registered in Malaysia with the appropriate body. Membership means membership in the following categories:

Each member is entitled to nominate one representative and one alternate representative.

Voting rights at General Meeting
|
Only one representative is allowed to be elected as Committee and one voting right at General Meeting of the Association.

Not entitled to vote at General Meeting of the Association nor be elected as Committee.

Not entitled to vote at General Meeting of the Association nor be appointed or elected as Committee.
|
A member upon his admission shall be bound by the Rules of the Association and Code of Ethics.
Membership Fees
*Payment to be submitted together with Application Form
- Annual Subscription Fee for Subsequent Years
- Must be paid by 15 January of each year.
- Subscription arrears exceed 60 days and above will be denied the privileges of membership.
- Arrears exceeding 12 months , the member will automatically cease as a member of the Association.
